Description
This Matter and Form 3D Scanner is a compact, lightweight and therefore very portable 3D scanner. If you do not use it, you can just fold the device and it then takes only minimal space on or near your workplace and at the same time the camera and turntable are well protected.
Plug-and-play
The Matter and Form 3D Scanner is already completely assembled upon delivery, so you can be almost get started directly out of the box. You only have to do a one-time setup, and after that you simply place an object on the platform and scan itwith a push of a button.
The motion HD camera with dual lasers and the rotating platform makes scanning three-dimensional objects very easy. And with good speed too: at high speed it takes about 5 minutes. And if you want higher quality it takes from double that time to, with complex scanning, several hours. The maximum scan size is up to 7.1 inches in diameter and up to 9.8 inches in height.
Detailed
Besides being easy to use and fast the Matter and Form 3D Scanner delivers very detailed results. Thus, the dimensional accuracy of 250 microns and the scanner can read details up to 0.43 mm.
Once scanned, objects can be saved as .stl, .ply, .obj and .xyz with the custom software of Matter and Form for Windows and Mac.
